What is the tiebreaker if it’s 7-7 at the end of a playoff matchup?

What is the tiebreaker if it’s 7-7 at the end of a playoff matchup? Regular season record will be the first tiebreaker, followed by head to head record, followed by your record against the top team in the league (working down from there until someone wins)

So Sheffield is getting called up in September. That means next year he'll need to be in MLB when he's on the 25 man. Because he is not ever technically on the 25 man because September is 40, can I move him to the minors in October?

I assume they dont get assigned to milb until spring training. Does this mean Sheffield would need to be on my MLB roster all offseason?

So basically the answer is, depends on a lot of things....if you bring him up now he will need to remain on your MLB team until he is able to be put back on your minors. When exactly that is depends on a few factors. When Fantrax gives him a green flag again and what the Yankees do. Do they send him to the AZ fall league, do they send him to MiLB ST earlier than some....so it could be soon after the season or not until the official 25 man roster is announced for next season. It is very fluid

I guess Ill see if he starts getting holds and if he doesn't he'll stay where he is.

I have a similar question regarding September call-ups. When rosters expand, I expect Seattle to more then likely recall Vogelbach. I drafted him to my MLB roster, do I have to "call him up" as well or can he stay in the minors as my season is over?

Can you move someone to the minors from your major league roster if he was sold to Japan?

Sorry if this is addressed somewhere already.
I have all 6 of my draft picks for the 2019 NPD. My roster already has 41 guys on it (due to DL).
At what point do I have to get to a 40 man roster? Do I have to get down to 34 before the draft if I want to make all 6 picks?
Thanks
